"I don't particularly like fuzz or distortion; I only like overdrives. The Kalamazoo is my favourite overdrive and probably the most important pedal on my board. I've tried
fancy overdrive pedals that go for $1,500 but I can't be buying a piece of fancy
equipment that's going to break when it gets thrown around on tour. These things
are stomp-boxes and I want to be able to take them on the road and have 'em take
a beating. I wear motorcycle boots onstage and I'm not prancing around delicately.
These do a tremendous job, it's the best overdrive pedal going in my opinion."
