他のチップスとは比べ物にならないほどバリバリと歯ごたえのあるMiss Vickie’sのカナダ産 Kettle Cooked タイプのポテトチップス。これはちゃんと揚げてあるのでしょう。サクサクとしたイメージとは違い、かなり男らしい音を発します（笑）

数種類ある中でも特に”Smokehouse BBQ”が大好物です！

One particular Christmas season a long time ago, Santa was getting ready for is annual trip, but there were problems everywhere. Four of his elves got sick, and the trainee elves did not produce the toys as fast as the regular ones so Santa was beginning to feel the pressure of being behind schedule. Then Mrs. Claus told Santa that her mom was coming to visit. This stressed Santa even more.
When he went to harness the reindeer, he found that three of them were about to give birth and two had jumped the fence and were out,
heaven knows where. More stress.
Then when he began to load the sleigh one of the boards cracked, and the toy bag fell to the ground and scattered the toys. So, frustrated, Santa went into the house for a cup of apple cider and a shot of rum.
When he went to the cupboard, he discovered that the elves had hidden the liquor, and there was nothing to drink. In his frustration,he accidentally dropped the cider pot, and it broke into hundreds of little pieces all over the kitchen floor. He went to get the broom and found that mice had eaten the straw end of the broom.
Just then the doorbell rang, and irritable Santa trudged to the door.He
opened the door, and there was a little angel with a great Christmas tree.The angel said, very cheerfully, “Merry Christmas, Santa. Isn’t it a lovely day? I have a beautiful tree for you. Where would you like me to stick it?” Thus began the tradition of the little angel on top of the Christmas tree.

大阪/神戸へ行って参りました。

日頃とてもお世話になっている方々との会合後、大阪在住の友人と合流し深夜遅くに『BEGGARS BANQUET』に立寄りました。このブルースロックバーは2階にあるのですが、ここの外の階段でまず並々ならぬ殺気を感じました（笑）やる気がないのか、もしくはとんでもない拘りがあるのか、のどちらかです（笑）　

しかし店内の灯りは点いていましたが鍵は閉められてあり「すぐに戻ります。急用の方はこちらへ」と携帯番号がドアに貼られていたのでその番号に電話してみると直ぐに戻るそう。１分ほどでビール片手にチャリで登場したマスター！渋過ぎます！まるで”傷だらけの天使”の様な世界で（笑）

ドアを開けてもらい中に入ると、そこはアメリカの田舎町にありそうな居心地のいいバー空間で、店内の作りのセンスは抜群！手作りと聞いてさらに驚きました。
そしてあの階段は自分的にはツボで、かなりポイント高いです♫

元々は「ハーレー」系や「古着」を中心としたヴィンテージ服屋として営業されていたみたいですが、現在はライブイベントもありのブルースロックバーとなっています。

音楽仲間と熱く語らう夜にもう一杯いこかっ！って時には是非お勧めのバーです♫

バルバッコア・クラシコ 丸の内店へ友人の誕生日会に行ってきました。

毎回日本滞在時にはいろいろな所へ食事しに行きますが、ブラジリアンバーベキュー”シュラスコ”料理は初体験！　種類豊富なサラダバーには常時30種類以上の契約農家から仕入れるというこだわり野菜やデリなどが充実しているし、ストップをかけない限り延々と色々な種類の肉を持ってくるので、胃袋が元気で肉好きな方には堪らないレストランでしょう（笑）テーブルの目の前でジューシーな肉をカットしてくれるので、どれも食べてみたくなり少しずつ味見程度に食べていましたが、気に入った肉をおかわりする前に既にお腹はパンパン！（汗）

個人的には今までのイメージとは別物のスペアリブ、焼チーズそして焼パイナップルが大ヒット！パイナップルは酵素が肉類の消化に良いとされているので、理にかなっているチョイスですね♫

ここはお店の雰囲気もナイスだし、バーベキュー好きのアメリカからのお客様にはウケるだろうな、と思いましたが、マイクフラーとラインホルドボグナーとロブアレンは揃いも揃って皆ヴェジテリアンでしたw
